Penilaian Input dan Reaksi Program Latihan dalam Perkhidmatan oleh Jemaah Nazir Kepada Nazir Sekolah

Abstract

Kajian penilaian ini menggunakan Model Penilaian CIRO yang diperkenalkan pada tahun 1970 untuk menilai program Latihan dalam Perkhidmatan (LDP) di Jemaah Nazir (Warr et al., 1979). Kajian ini memfokuskan dua tahap penilaian sahaja iaitu input dan reaksi yang melibatkan pengumpulan data secara kuantitatif. Responden kajian tinjauan terdiri daripada 175 Nazir Sekolah yang pernah mengikuti program LDP yang dianjurkan oleh pihak JN dari tahun 2018 hingga 2021. Borang soal selidik dengan skala Likert lima mata digunakan sebagai instrumen yang mempunyai nilai kesahan 1.00 dan nilai kebolehpercayaan berdasarkan Cronbach’s Alpha antara 0.839 hingga 0.988 bagi semua komponen dalam penilaian. Data kuantitatif dianalisis secara deskriptif dan inferensi dengan menggunakan perisian Statistical Package for Social Science Statistics versi 25 untuk menentukan frekuensi, peratusan dan skor min. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan penilaian input (lokasi, kemudahan, penceramah, modul latihan dan kaedah pelaksanaan) dan reaksi (pembelajaran, pengetahuan dan kemahiran) terhadap program LDP secara keseluruhan berada pada tahap tinggi. Dapatan kajian mencadangkan aspek penambahbaikan bagi meningkatkan kompetensi kerja seperti penggunaan model penilaian lain yang bersesuaian selain model penilaian CIRO bagi menilai program LDP. Kajian ini melaporkan penilaian input dan reaksi bagi menilai kompetensi kerja Nazir Sekolah. Kajian selanjutnya boleh diperluaskan dengan menilai konstruk atau dimensi lain bagi menilai kompetensi kerja yang bersesuaian.
