Gaya Pengajaran Guru Sejarah Terhadap Minat Pembelajaran Sejarah Murid Tahun Lima di Setapak, Kuala Lumpur

Abstract

Tujuan kajian ini dijalankan adalah untuk mengenal pasti jenis gaya pengajaran guru Sejarah dan hubungan gaya pengajaran guru Sejarah terhadap minat pembelajaran sejarah murid tahun lima di Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. Reka bentuk kajian yang telah dipilih dan digunakan dalam kajian ini ialah kajian tinjauan berbentuk deskriptif dan inferensi. Populasi kajian ini melibatkan murid-murid tahun lima di Setapak, Kuala Lumpur, manakala sampel yang terpilih adalah seramai 50 orang daripada populasi. Instrumen kajian yang telah digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data pula ialah soal selidik. Soal selidik yang diubah suai ini mengandungi 47 item dan dibahagikan kepada 3 bahagian. Item-item tersebut menggunakan Skala Likert Lima Peringkat yang mempunyai lima jawapan. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa gaya pengajaran demokratik merupakan gaya pengajaran dominan yang diamalkan oleh guru Sejarah di Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. Seterusnya, dapatan kajian juga memaparkan bahawa tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan gaya pengajaran guru Sejarah terhadap tahap minat pembelajaran Sejarah murid tahun lima di Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. Dapatan kajian ini boleh memberi implikasi kepada pihak KPM, pihak IPGM, pihak pentadbir sekolah dan guru-guru Sejarah dalam meningkatkan tahap minat pembelajaran Sejarah murid.
