Hubungan antara Kesediaan Institusi dan Guru PAKK dalam Pelaksanaan Pengajaran Secara Dalam Talian di Malaysia
Abstract
Sektor pendidikan di Malaysia kini telah melalui evolusi penting selari dengan perkembangan semasa dunia berbanding sebelumnya. Kaedah pengajaran dan pembelajaran secara dalam talian kini diimplementasikan secara meluas pada kesemua tahap pendidikan. Kesediaan sesebuah institusi dalam menerima perubahan dipengaruhi oleh tahap kesediaan guru bagi melaksanakan pembelajaran dalam talian ini. Kajian ini dijalankan bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti hubungan antara kesediaan institusi dan kesediaan guru Pendidikan Awal Kanak-Kanak (PAKK) dalam melaksanakan sesi pengajaran dan pembelajaran secara dalam talian. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan kaedah pensampelan secara rawak yang menumpukan kepada tenaga pengajar PAKK yang mempunyai pengalaman mengajar secara dalam talian. Reka bentuk kajian yang digunakan adalah kajian bukan eksperimental iaitu kajian korelasi. Instrumen yang digunakan telah diadaptasi daripada kajian Hondonga et al (2021). Seramai 387 orang guru yang mempunyai pengalaman mengajar secara dalam talian telah terlibat dalam kajian ini. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahawa tahap kesediaan institusi dan guru PAKK berada pada tahap yang sederhana. Kaedah analisis secara deskriptif telah dilakukan. Dapatan menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara tahap kesediaan institusi dan guru PAKK. Tambahan lagi, Masalah kekurangan peranti teknologi, kemudahan internet, minat pelajar, kaedah pengajaran, kekangan masa dan kemahiran interaksi secara dalam talian merupakan antara cabaran yang menghalang kaedah pengajaran yang berkesan pada peringkat awal kanak-kanak. Oleh itu, para guru, institusi dan ibu bapa perlu bersama-sama memainkan peranan agar kaedah pengajaran secara dalam talian ini dapat diaplikasikan selari dengan perkembangan dan pembangunan semasa dunia khususnya dalam pendidikan.
