Pemerkasaan Guru dalam Pengajaran dalam Talian untuk Murid Berkeperluan Pendidikan Khas di Program Pendidikan Inklusif
Abstract
Pengajaran dan pembelajaran untuk Murid Berkeperluan Pendidikan Khas (MBPK) yang mengikuti Program Pendidikan Inklusif (PPI) telah dilaksanakan secara dalam talian (PdPdt). Namun, kajian tentang pendekatan pengajaran dan pembelajaran secara dalam talian masih kurang dilaksanakan untuk MBPK yang mengikuti PPI secara sepenuh masa. Satu kajian kes menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dijalankan untuk mengenal pasti elemen penting yang perlu diberi keutamaan. Seramai tujuh orang guru aliran perdana yang berpengalaman mengajar MBPK selama lebih tiga tahun dan mengajar MBPK mata pelajaran teras di PPI dari tiga buah sekolah di dalam daerah Petaling Perdana dipilih sebagai peserta kajian. Kesemua peserta kajian menjalani sesi temu bual dengan menggunakan protokol temu bual separa berstruktur. Data temu bual telah dianalisis secara tematik dengan berbantukan Nvivo versi 12. Hasil dapatan mendapati lima elemen penting yang perlu diutamakan dalam pelaksanaan PdPdt dikenal pasti iaitu (i) kesediaan guru, (ii) teknik pengajaran, (iii) kerjasama dan komunikasi antara guru, (iv) guru sebagai pembuat keputusan, dan (v) kesabaran. Secara keseluruhan, kemahiran guru aliran perdana yang melaksanakan PdPdt untuk MBPK di PPI perlu komprehensif. Maklumat ini penting untuk pelatih guru merangka kursus pembangunan profesional dalam meningkatkan kemahiran PdPdt.
