Faktor Mempengaruhi Perkongsian Pengetahuan dalam kalangan Guru di Sekolah
Abstract
Kajian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti pengaruh faktor individu, budaya organisasi, teknologi maklumat dan komunikasi serta kompetensi profesional guru terhadap perkongsian pengetahuan. Kajian bukan eksperimental ini mengaplikasikan kaedah tinjauan dengan menggabungkan pensampelan berstrata, pensampelan rawak berkelompok dan pensampelan rawak mudah bagi mendapatkan sampel. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan satu set borang soal selidik adaptasi yang ditadbir ke atas 492 orang guru. Data dianalisis menggunakan perisian IBM SPSS 25.0. Statistik inferensi iaitu regresi berganda digunakan untuk menganalisis data bagi menjawab soalan kajian. Dapatan kajian menjelaskan varians peramal kompetensi profesional guru merupakan penyumbang utama terhadap perubahan varians dalam perkongsian pengetahuan iaitu 44.9% (R²=.449). Peramal faktor individu menyumbang 8.6% (R²=.086) dan peramal budaya organisasi pula menyumbang 2.3% (R²=.023). Kombinasi sumbangan ketiga-tiga peramal tersebut terhadap perubahan varians dalam perkongsian pengetahuan adalah 55.8% (R²=.558).
