Mengukur Tahap Kesediaan Perkongsian Pengetahuan Pekerja
Abstract
Perkongsian pengetahuan dalam organisasi bergantung sepenuhnya kepada penglibatan pekerja. Tanpa kesediaan pekerja untuk terlibat dalam perkongsian pengetahuan, pengetahuan yang dimiliki akan hilang apabila pekerja meninggalkan organisasi. Pekerja tidak mempunyai kesediaan dalam aktiviti perkongsian pengetahuan apabila tidak mempunyai keinginan dan niat untuk berkongsi pengetahuan. Antara masalah utama pekerja enggan berkongsi pengetahuan adalah mereka tidak berupaya menjana pengetahuan baharu yang dapat dikongsi bersama, tidak mempunyai motivasi, kurang yakin dengan kemampuan dan pengetahuan yang dimiliki, tiada kepercayaan dan tiada kepuasan bekerja. Berdasarkan kepada permasalahan ini, kajian ini mengenal pasti lima elemen perkongsian pengetahuan iaitu kemahiran berbentuk-T, motivasi, efikasi diri, kepercayaan dan kepuasan kerja untuk memahami tahap kesediaan pekerja untuk berkongsi pengetahuan. Lima elemen ini diguna untuk mengukur tahap kesediaan pekerja berkongsi pengetahahun dengan menggunakan kaedah pengukuran Aydin dan Tasci (2005). Di samping itu, kajian ini juga mengkaji hubungan antara lima elemen perkongsian pengetahuan pekerja dengan tahap kesediaan perkongsian pengetahuan. Kaedah kuantitatif dan borang soal selidik diguna sebagai instrumen kajian manakala Jabatan Hal Ehwal Kesatuan Sekerja (JHEKS) telah dipilih sebagai domain kajian. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan tahap kesediaan perkongsian pengetahuan kakitangan di JHEKS berada pada tahap bersedia dan memerlukan sedikit penambahbaikan. Kajian ini mempunyai nilai yang signifikan bagi organisasi yang ingin mengamalkan perkongsian pengetahuan dan mengenal pasti kesediaan pekerja untuk terlibat dalam amalan ini. Malahan, cadangan penambahbaikan turut disertakan sekiranya organisasi tidak mencapai tahap kesediaan yang baik dalam amalan ini. Dalam bidang penyelidikan, kajian ini mampu menjadi input dalam bidang perkongsian pengetahuan berdasarkan kepada aspek pekerja.
