Kompetensi Kepimpinan Perubahan Pengetua dan Efikasi Kendiri Guru
Abstract
Kepimpinan adalah suatu proses di mana seseorang individu mempengaruhi satu kumpulan atau individu untuk mencapai matlamat yang sama. Kepimpinan dan kelakuannya boleh membina iklim kepercayaan yang memupuk inovasi di seluruh organisasi. Seiring dengan perubahan masa yang cepat, pemimpin perlu mempunyai imaginasi untuk membayangkan perkembangan secara menyeluruh. Dalam konteks pendidikan, Kepimpinan Perubahan Pengetua mendapat perhatian untuk mengukur kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh pengetua. Kepimpinan perubahan pengetua adalah kecekapan pengetua dalam mengurus perubahan di sekolah.
