Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan mengkaji peranan pemimpin sekolah dalam menangani cabaran menguruskan organisasi dan pelajar Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) semasa pandemik Covid-19. Kajian ini meneliti pelaksanaan pengurusan perubahan di sekolah yang dilakukan oleh pengetua berdasarkan Model Kompetensi Kepimpinan Perubahan yang melibatkan empat proses iaitu pembentukan matlamat, pembangunan kapasiti, mengurangkan rintangan dan konflik perubahan serta pembudayaan. Kajian ini telah dijalankan di Sekolah Menengah Agama Baling, Kedah dengan menemu bual pengetua sekolah bagi mendapatkan perkongsian peranan seorang pemimpin sekolah berkenaan pelaksanaan pengurusan pelajar SPM 2020.
