Hubungan antara Pengurusan dan Penglibatan Guru dengan Motivasi Murid dalam Kokurikulum di Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan Tamil Daerah Temerloh, Pahang

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan mengkaji hubungan antara pengurusan dan penglibatan guru dengan motivasi murid dalam kokurikulum Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan Tamil Daerah Temerloh, Pahang. Kajian kuantitatif ini menggunakan kaedah tinjauan melalui soal selidik. Seramai 120 orang guru penasihat telah dipilih secara rawak dari sembilan buah sekolah rendah Tamil di Daerah Temerloh. Kajian ini menganalisis statistik deskriptif, min, sisihan piawai dan peratus, dan statistik inferensi untuk mengukur pengurusan dan penglibatan guru dengan motivasi murid dalam kokurikulum. Hasil maklum balas daripada responden dianalisis dengan menggunakan perisian SPSS 23.0. Analisis korelasi menunjukkan wujud hubungan yang signifikan (r = 0.298, p = 0.000) antara perancangan dengan motivasi murid dalam kokurikulum. Hasil dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa perancangan kokurikulum sekolah adalah faktor signifikan bagi meningkatkan motivasi murid dalam aktiviti kokurikulum.
