Tahap Pengetahuan dan Kemahiran Guru dalam melaksanakan Aktiviti Muzik dan Pergerakan terhadap Kanak-Kanak Prasekolah

Abstract

Aktiviti muzik dan pergerakan boleh membantu dalam meningkatkan perkembangan kanak-kanak. Oleh itu, pengendalian aktiviti muzik dan pergerakan memerlukan guru yang berpengetahuan dan berkemahiran untuk menjamin peningkatan dalam perkembangan kanak-kanak. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti tahap pengetahuan dan kemahiran guru dalam melaksanakan aktiviti muzik dan pergerakan untuk kanak-kanak prasekolah. Pendekatan kuantitatif berbentuk tinjauan digunakan dalam kajian ini dan data diperoleh melalui soal selidik yang melibatkan 75 orang guru prasekolah di daerah Bangsar Pudu, Kuala Lumpur. Sampel diperoleh dengan menggunakan pensampelan mudah. Perisian IBM Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) versi 26.0 digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan tahap pengetahuan dan kemahiran guru dalam melaksanakan aktiviti muzik dan pergerakan adalah sederhana. Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan dan kemahiran guru dalam melaksanakan aktiviti muzik dan pergerakan. Ini menjelaskan bahawa apabila pengetahuan guru tinggi, kemahiran guru dalam melaksanakan aktiviti muzik dan pergerakan juga tinggi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahawa pentingnya pengetahuan dan kemahiran guru terhadap pelaksanaan aktiviti muzik dan pergerakan. Dengan bimbingan guru yang cemerlang dari aspek pengetahuan dan kemahiran, kanak-kanak akan dapat memperoleh ilmu serta dapat mengembangkan bakat dan potensi mereka. Maka, guru hendaklah mengambil inisiatif dan berusaha untuk meningkatkan tahap pengetahuan dan kemahiran khususnya dalam melaksanakan aktiviti muzik dan pergerakan.
